No. Startnext does not currently offer subscription-based donations. Donations are collected as a one-time payment—unless you have specifically selected the "pay in installments" option in the project.
Why does it sometimes feel like a subscription?
With some payment methods (e.g., PayPal), the display can be confusing:
- Your payment may initially be reserved or saved as an authorization with the payment provider.
- Once the payment has been processed, this authorization will be canceled.
This is not a monthly subscription.
I see multiple entries—what could this be?
- Payment in installments: If you selected "Pay in installments," it is normal to see multiple charges.
- Duplicate payment: If you did not choose to pay in installments, there should be no duplicate payment.
