You will typically receive an invoice (if the project is able to issue invoices) after the project has been successfully completed and as soon as your thank-you gift has been sent or delivered—usually via email or included with the shipment.

What requirements must be met?

In order for you to receive an invoice, the following conditions must typically be met:

  1. 1The project has been successfully completed (only then will the funds be collected and the settlement process begin).
  2. 2The organizers can/will issue invoices for the thank-you gifts.
  3. 3You indicated in the support section that you would like an invoice (if this option was available during checkout).
  4. 4The thank-you note has been sent, or the service has been provided.

How do I get the invoice?

Startups typically send invoices

  • by email or
  • include it when you send the thank-you note.

I haven't received an invoice yet—what should I do?

If you haven't received an invoice yet even though you meet all the requirements, it's best to contact the organizers directly.
