Until when can I cancel my donation?

Short answer

You can cancel your contribution at any time before the payment is processed. The payment is usually processed after the funding period ends (if the campaign was successfully completed).

Here's how to cancel your donation

1. 1Open your support details (link in the confirmation email or in your profile under "Support").
2. 2Scroll down to the payment settings.
3. 3Click "Cancel Support".
4. 4You will receive an email confirming the cancellation.

• Once the move-in process has begun, it is generally no longer possible to cancel.
• For cancellations, complaints, or exchanges (e.g., regarding a thank-you gift), please contact the project organizer directly.
