Open your support details, click "Revoke Support," and then confirm by clicking "Submit Revocation Now" in the second step. Your support will be canceled only after the project creator confirms the revocation.
Here's how to do it
- Open your support details (link in the confirmation email or in your profile under "My Support").
- Click "Revoke Support."
- On the confirmation page, check the summary (project, thank-you gift, total, date).
- Click "Submit Cancellation Now."
What Happens Next
- You will receive a confirmation email regarding your request.
- Your request will be automatically sent by email to the organizer.
- As soon as a decision has been made, we will notify you by email.
Possible results
- Cancellation confirmed before payment: You will receive a refund via your original payment method within 7 days.
- Cancellation confirmed after payment: The seller will contact you directly to process the refund.
- Cancellation denied: Your support remains in effect. For further clarification, please contact the organizer directly.
Important
- The right of withdrawal applies only to contributions that include thank-you gifts. Unconditional contributions and donations cannot be withdrawn.
- A partial revocation (e.g., revoking only one thank-you gift out of several) is not possible—the entire contribution must always be revoked.
