Yes, starting with the Pro Plan, you can disable the virtual goals. To do this, go to General Settings and then Crowd & Funding > Funding Goals. There you'll find a toggle for the “Fibonacci sequence.”
Once you've reached your highest goal, the virtual goals are automatically activated as additional tiers based on the Fibonacci sequence, in addition to the goals you've set for yourself. You cannot adjust these tiers yourself. They continue to run in the background until the end of your funding phase. The Fibonacci sequence is enabled by default.
