Startnext's Consulting Services at a Glance
A consulting session with members of the Startnext team costs €150 net and must be booked individually. Consulting sessions are billed regardless of the project’s success. While our team has a wealth of experience in crowdfunding, you can also get truly valuable tips from established AI chatbots (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT). They’ve thoroughly scoured the web for crowdfunding success tips and can provide 24/7 support for your project.
Free Offers:
Office Hour - Live
Office Hour is our most important live format: an open Q&A session for all starters. Here, you can get immediate answers to your questions about your campaign and how to use the platform.
When are the office hours?
Weekdays from Monday through Friday, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. each day, live via Google Meet.
What's it about?
- Questions that aren't answered by the chatbot, the FAQ, the project interface, or the manual
- Specific questions about your campaign
- Support with campaign planning and optimization
- Assistance with project communication and consulting on marketing and communication strategies
How do you participate?
- All you need is a Startnext login; participation is free.
- Sign up in advance at live.startnext.com
- Even if you register after 11 a.m., you can still join on the same day.
The number of participants is currently limited to 10. If there are many participants, the moderator will read the questions aloud and answer them directly; you’ll be given the floor if you have any follow-up questions.
Initial Consultation - Live
The initial consultation is your first step if you're just getting started and want to find out whether crowdfunding is a good fit for your project. It's designed to help you get your bearings and make a decision: By the end, you'll know whether and how you can get started with Startnext.
When is the initial consultation?
Every first Tuesday of the month from 5:00 p.m. to 5:45 p.m., live via Google Meet.

Project consulting is a one-on-one session designed for you if you want to focus specifically on your campaign. During this session, we'll discuss strategy, provide feedback on your project page, and go over your specific concerns.

Startnext Raiser - One-on-one with a contact person
Startnext Raiser is our campaign service for select projects with high funding potential. If you’re planning a larger campaign, we can provide consulting, strategy, and storytelling upon request, so you don’t get bogged down in coordination and production.
Who is this offer intended for?
This is especially true for projects and organizations with a wide reach that can achieve significantly more with professional guidance. As a general guideline: projects that can raise around 50,000 to 100,000 €.
What do we cover?
- Campaign Strategy and Setup: Goal, Mechanics, Timing, and Dramaturgy
- Story, Tagline, and Theme of Your Campaign
- Production of campaign assets and communication packages
- Operational implementation and coordination during the campaign (in exceptional cases)
How is the collaboration going?
- The service is selective and will be arranged with you on an individual basis.
- Billing is based on an hourly rate of 150 € net per hour or flat fees; for large campaigns, a performance-based fee may apply.
- Setting up a merchandise or online store and shipping the thank-you gifts are not included.
The service is currently under development and is being tested with select projects. There is no entitlement to this service.
