The product plan, which we distinguish between Basic, Pro, Premium and Enterprise, contains services that are primarily used before costs are incurred. For this reason, it is not possible to downgrade (reduce) a plan.
It is possible to upgrade a product plan at any time to activate services. During an upgrade it is also possible to activate a (new) discount code.
