How can I delete my Startnext account?

You can delete your Startnext account directly in your settings. Please note: Deleting your account cannot be undone.

Delete Account (Step by Step)

1. 1Sign up.
2. 2Click on your account icon at the top.
3. 3Open Settings.
4. 4Go to “Privacy and Messages”.
5. 5In the "Delete Account" section, check the box next to "Yes, I want to delete my account."
6. 6Click "Save."

I only supported as a guest—what now?

If you contributed as a guest, you can first set or request a password and then delete your account in the settings:

Important

• Once an account has been deleted, it cannot be restored.
• If there’s anything you’d like to save before deleting your account (such as links to projects you’ve supported or receipts in your donation history), it’s best to do so beforehand.
