Cancellation is possible during the funding phase and takes effect immediately, without any charges. Withdrawal is only possible after the project ends, applies only to contributions that include thank-you gifts, and must be confirmed by the project creator.
Cancellation (until the end of the project)
- That's possible as long as the project is still in the funding phase.
- Click "Cancel Now" in your subscription details.
- Your subscription will be canceled immediately; no payment will be charged.
- You will receive a confirmation email.
Cancellation (after the project ends)
- Available only for donations that include a thank-you gift.
- You are sending a cancellation request to the host.
- Your contribution will only be canceled and the refund processed once the campaign organizer confirms it.
- Voluntary contributions and donations are non-refundable.
