After the payout, you can find your invoice and funding receipt in the project interface under: Crowd & Funding → Funding Statistics.
When will the invoice and funding document be available?
- Once your project has been paid out, you can download the documents there.
- If your project hasn't been paid out yet, the final documents aren't available yet.
Why wait until after the payout?
Amounts may change before payment is made—for example, due to:
- Cancellations
- Failed transactions (e.g., direct debit/card could not be charged)
- Follow-up clarification of outstanding payments
The final funding amount is not determined until the funds are disbursed—and with it, the correct invoice and the corresponding funding receipt.
Tip
If you want to check whether anything can still change: After the project ends, check the project interface to see if any payments are still pending or if the payment has already been processed.
